New official guild talisman maker

Seeing as how Tiki has been unable to join us for some time due his hands being fubar, we need a new official guild talisman maker. This person is expected to make talismans for the guild and should also be recieving materials to do this from all members. The it's also a good idea that this person have an alt for salvage.

Ok, well I sent some stuff to him already, so good! All members should donate GOOD talisman making and salvage materials to Zengouth, he in turn will supply the guild with talismans.
